Marketing updates

If you check the email or text marketing option, you authorize Knead It Bread Co. to send the type of bakery news you selected, such as menu releases, Market Days, special bakes, and bakery stories. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Text message details

Text messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end marketing texts or HELP for help. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Order notifications

Order notifications are transactional messages tied to a verified order. They may include acceptance, baking, pickup readiness, or delivery progress. Choosing order updates does not enroll you in bakery marketing.

Bread Basket Credits

Each Bread Basket Credit covers one plain sourdough loaf plus one extra selected from the choices offered for the redeemed bake date: 2 English muffins, 1 jumbo muffin, or 2 cookies. Items and flavors rotate. Pickup and delivery dates remain subject to published availability and capacity.

Credit and gift terms

Bread Basket packages and gifts do not expire and do not carry dormancy fees. Purchases are final sale except where a refund or cash redemption is required by law. Gift credits may be attached to a matching customer account or claimed using the secure redemption information sent to the recipient.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the bakery’s communication services develop. The effective date above identifies the version currently shown.
