What we collect
We collect the contact details, communication choices, order details, fulfillment information, customer-account records, Bread Basket credit activity, and gift-recipient details you provide. The site records your selected channels, the signup form used, the date and time of your submission, and the version and wording of the SMS disclosure shown.
How we use it
We use this information to manage orders, arrange pickup or delivery, provide requested order updates, send bakery marketing you selected, and operate the bakery. Marketing choices are kept separate from transactional order updates.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in a message. For texts, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies with your orders and the bakery updates you select. Message and data rates may apply. Email and text consent are optional and are not a condition of purchase. Order-text consent does not enroll you in marketing texts.
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with service providers that help us deliver and support the messages you requested, or when required by law. It is not shared for independent marketing use.
Service providers
We may use carefully selected providers for website hosting, payments, email, text messaging, and order operations. They receive only the information needed to provide those services. We do not sell your contact information.
